Project description
These buildings are located in Milan, at numebre 27 of viale delle Legioni Romane, inside a private area with a shared garden of more than 3,000 m2, far from noise and the passage of people and vehicles. They are surrounded by a green area making the complex very quiet. Starting point of the project was the purchase by BNP Paribas Real Estate of an abandoned area with an old 1960s building for office use that was occupied by a bank. The building was demolished to make room for luxury and high performance residential buildings. This is an extraordinary example of how abandoned areas can be recovered quickly with a high design quality. A 9,000 m2 area was built in only 23 months. The whole area consists of four buildings above ground, on grade plane starting from a common basement on the ground floor, below which two underground levels were built.
