Structural engineer, Luca joined CEAS in 2000 and became partner in 2017. He has vast experience in the field of structural and geotechnical design, especially in urban areas for the realization of multi-storey underground garages and tunnels. Particularly significant is his expertise in the construction supervision of major projects, such as the Porta Nuova complex in Milan with the Cesar Pelli towers and the Intesa Sanpaolo skyscraper in Turin.

Other important activities are the recent collaborations in the final structural certification and/or technical-administrative inspection of large concrete and steel buildings, such as the infrastructures of the road connection to the EXPO 2015 exhibition site, the three Isozaki-Hadid-Libeskind towers of the CityLife complex, and the new Gioia 20 and Gioia 22 towers in Milan.

In the urban context, ha has a considerable experience in the issuance of certificates of structural static performance (CIS) for existing buildings in the Municipality of Milan.

Finally, he also collaborates in the maintenance program of the concrete and steel structures of the Adriatic LNG regasification terminal in the Adriatic Sea.
