Maxine Finzi

Building Engineer, graduated in Building Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, she has developed specific expertise in building envelope design, Construction Supervision, and the inspection and certification of façade systems.

Following an initial experience as a Facade Engineer and Site Manager with a company specialized in the design, manufacture and installation of curtain wall systems, she joined CEAS in 2020. She has contributed to the preparation of Structural Suitability Certifications, provided technical consultancy on building envelope systems, and worked as a designer and Assistant Structural Construction Supervisor for the restoration and conservation works of the façades of Torre Velasca in Milan.

She is currently involved in new-build and refurbishment projects, with a particular focus on building envelope design, sustainability, and the coordination of multidisciplinary design activities.

Since 2025, she has been Senior Designer within the Integrated Design Department, supporting project coordination, architectural design, Construction Supervision activities, testing and certification processes, and specialist consultancy related to building envelope systems.
