HEAD OF THE INTEGRATED DESIGN DEPARTMENT

Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Project Management, interdisciplinary coordination, and the management of complex real estate development and enhancement processes in both the public and private sectors.

Thanks to a multidisciplinary background combining Engineering, Architecture, and Economics and Management, she has developed extensive expertise in managing the entire project delivery process, from design development and coordination to construction phase control, with particular attention to technical-administrative, economic-financial, and organizational aspects.

Throughout her career, she has worked with engineering firms, public authorities, and real estate operators, contributing to highly complex projects, including activities related to Expo Milano 2015.

Having joined CEAS in 2021, since 2022 she has been Head of the Integrated Design Department, coordinating the department’s activities and resources, supporting the definition of project development strategies, and overseeing operational planning, workload management, and the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
