Cristina Tardivo

From 2012 to 2019, Cristina worked for Expo 2015 SpA and MM SpA. as Senior Contract and Procurement Management Specialist, dealing with the technical-administrative management of procedures for the construction of Expo 2015’s site, with particular reference to the planning and scheduling of interventions, from tender to execution phase.

She continued her freelance activity until joining CEAS in 2021 as Project Manager, where she grew personally and professionally. Today she is Head of Integrated Design, with the responsibility of coordination, scheduling and management of resources and orders in compliance with corporate objectives. She is also actively involved in the preparation of periodic reports, growth and training plans, and the drafting of technical offers in collaboration with the Commercial Area.

Twenty years of experience gained in engineering companies operating in the tertiary sector involving the construction, organization and management of major projects, together with her excellent knowledge of urban planning and technical building regulations, guarantee suitable skills to fully manage all project phases – from the initial economic – technical feasibility study to the identification, contracting and coordination of internal and external teams.
