Micaela Sardi

Civil engineer with strong experience acquired in the Real Estate/SGR sector, Micaela has notable skills in the analysis and development of commercial policies and the promotion of corporate identity.

After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in 1999, she began her career in the tender office of the construction company Romagnoli S.p.A., where she became head of the Project Financing department,. She was responsible for the promotion and preparation of projects for over 300 million euros in construction value, coordinating internal resources, legal consultants and external technicians.

She has worked in the Real Estate sector in Italy and the UK for important companies such as Turner & Townsend and DGPA SGR, coordinating development, redevelopment and management of real estate assets.

From 2011 to 2020, as Global key account manager, she worked at Senvion, a leading manufacturer of large-scale wind turbines. As the only interlocutor for the most important Clients worldwide, she lead commercial activities related to newly built wind farms, their maintenance and monitoring.

In CEAS since 2020 with the role of Head of Sales and Communication, she contributed to expanding and consolidating the activity of the Commercial Area, while enhancing and diversifying corporate communication. Today, thanks to her technical skills combined with a natural drive towards growth and change, Micaela is committed to capturing the needs of new and established customers who are looking for a quality integrated and multidisciplinary service. She also participates in the definition of communication strategies that promote constructive dialogue with other stakeholders and the community.
